Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across two types of purchases on our platform: one-time digital downloads (such as PDFs, images, and text files) and recurring, credit-based services. Please read both sections carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Digital Downloads
All digital downloads, including PDFs, images, and text files, are made available for immediate use upon purchase. Because these files can be accessed, copied, or used instantly, they cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.
No refunds after access
By downloading or accessing a digital file, you acknowledge that you have initiated performance of this agreement and waive your right to a refund for that item.
- Refund requests submitted before a file is downloaded or opened may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact support for a replacement or refund.
2. Recurring Services & Credit-Based Subscriptions
Plans that renew monthly, or that issue credits on a recurring basis, are treated differently from one-time downloads, since access to the service continues over time rather than being delivered all at once.

You may cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard, without contacting support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately.

You retain full access to your services and any remaining credits until that billing period expires.
No partial refunds on cancellation
Cancelling does not refund the current billing cycle. You simply will not be charged again going forward.
In short
Downloads are final once accessed. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but stay active, and billed, through the end of the cycle already paid for.
